INSTRUCTIONS
Broken wing, kite, kite bar or sail? Windy Sam Voilerie offers a simple and efficient repair service directly at Domaine Sandaya La Franqui.
Goal: you continue to enjoy your vacation!
1. I send photos of my sail
Send several pictures of the tear.
Indicate the model and year of the sail and the end date of your stay at Domaine Sandaya La Franqui.


2. I accept the repair quote
Windy Sam Voilerie estimates the price of the repair and the estimated timing for the work, including pick up of your gear at Sandaya Domaine La Franqui.
You validate your quote.
The general repair conditions of Windy Sam Voilerie are applicable and communicated with the quote.
3. I place my sail in the secure locker
Windy Sam Voilerie will give you the code to open the locker (the shed) and store your sail there.
Remember to lock the padlock before leaving, and to confirm to Windy Sam Voilerie when your gear is placed in the locker.


4. Windy Sam Sailmaker repairs my sail
Windy Sam Sail Repairs will repair your sail, so you can enjoy your vacation!
5. I pay the amount for the repair, and then I collect my sail from the locker
As soon as your sail is repaired, you pay for the repair and then receive the code that allows you to collect your sail from the locker.
Various remote payment methods are available to you: IBAN Bank transfer, Wero, SumUp.
That's it! You can go back on the water!
